Drove into work like a lazy bum because of class later in the day.
Walked 1 mile to College Town & back for lunch. Walked 2 miles to Car after work before heading up to class.
Karate
New
14oz Gi came in today! Such a difference, but will need to hem it up. Dripping with sweat from wearing heavy weight instead of Medium weight. Nice!
- Made the kids do Push-ups: 20 regular, 10 on knuckles. Shishou then decided that we should do the last 10 over again until the whole class got to do at least 1 good one.
- Rolls & Falls for about 15 minutes.
- Kata Practice: lead Heian Sandan ~ 10 times for our Green Belt adults.
- 5 rounds of Closed Stance Front Leg Sweep.
Sword
Class no-showed today, so Shishou and I worked on the next couple of Qigong patterns in
Yin Yang Medical Qigong: Intermediate set.
