It's the weirdest thing: I know I weighed myself this morning, but I can't for the life of me remember what the number was. I'll have to weigh myself on Saturday at this point.

Cycling

13.63 miles in 59 minutes. That's about 13.75 MPH average speed. Had to stop a few times to dial in the fit. Made a pretty big difference, but one of the things that I noticed is that not really eating anything for dinner the night before, coupled with warm weather and a good ride is there's a huge desire to hooverize just about any food object within 12 miles of me. I'll have to run downstairs and see if there's anything not laden with chemicals...

Likely will be biking home for lunch, which will add another 6 miles or so to my total for toady, then will bike home. Wound up biking to College Town for lunch, so that's a mile, plus the 3 mile ride home. So that'll bring up my total for today to just over half of what I did all of last week. Nice!

Karate

  • Arrived too late

Sword

  • nobody showed up, wound up working on the next pair of Qigong forms

Gungfu

  • Fairly vigorous warm up, lots of jumping around, and a few Burpies thrown in for good measure.
  • 1 set of the same "walks" from last class
  • 2 sets of each: White Crane Hoping, Jumping, and Flying
  • 6 reps of 4 separate patterns: Partner punching/blocking practice
  • 2 x Long Huo Jann Dou Gungfu form #1

Taiji/Qigong

  • Wound up talking nutrition with one of our beginner GungFu students, took the whole time, so no practice was had.
