Once upon a time, there was a man who was 310 lbs, and miserable about how he looked and felt. He lost 80+ lbs exercising, then promptly gained some of it back when he stopped working out.
Then he biked all the way around a lake, for charity and was totally hooked on it. Now he spends his days biking, lifting weights, and continuing his quest for self-mastery through martial arts.
This is just a blog for me to keep track of many of the crazy things that I do to try to keep in shape. It'll include things like a weekly weigh-in (Probably will be either Thursdays or Saturdays, depending on how I feel/remember).
I'm trying to use this to stay motivated. Please follow along!
